It's like a hot dog bun, isn't it? With icing on it. So I thought I'd just make a hot dog. So it's a peaches and cream cheese, buttercream frankfurter, and then some candied nuts instead of the crunchy onions.' He notes the dough was 'definitely feeling on the dry side' and describes making 'a peach buttercream is going to be the frankfurter that sits inside of the bun.'
