At 21, law student Mo from the West Midlands is the youngest baker of the series. He sandwiched layers of alcohol free stout sponge with peanut buttercream drizzled with salted caramel, with chopped peanuts and peanut brittle for texture. {Mo}: "That's peanut buttercream. I don't know how much I did. I measure with my heart. That's bang on, you know." {Mo}: "I like doing calisthenics. I don't take it seriously though. I feel like I've got commitment issues. Like I come with a lot of baggage, but it's like the good baggage, like Louis Vuitton baggage." {Mo}: "I'm going to do like a peanut brittle. You can't go wrong with that." {Mo}: "There's caramel and chopped peanuts for some texture." {Mo}: "I think it went pretty well, if I'm being really honest. I was more worried about Nigella's reaction. I got her approval, so I feel pretty good about it."
