Pear and Stilton monkey bread with walnuts and many seeds covering the surface. The combination of sweet pear with sharp Stilton cheese and crunchy nuts and seeds.
Really appetizing appearance with interesting use of so many seeds - 'enough seeds at the bottom of a bird cage.' Really nicely baked with crispy outside. Like the flavor of pear but Stilton is lacking - needs more Stilton. Good job though, tastes great and very delicious.
