Stacie's bars had a shortbread base, pecan caramel, and mocha ganache layers topped with caramel hearts.
Paul Hollywood: "Your base is caramelized, so the butter in there that was in the mixture has been cooked so much, has then gone to a toffee consistency, but flavours spot on."
