Chef Sara: "I have the fried ribs. I made you a pecan pork with cocoa buttermilk. All of these things are really slow cooked processes. This is a message. Just, like, slow down, enjoy all the sweet things in life."
Gaggan Anand: "It's so delicious. You could make a slow-cook, fast-food chain out of it."
Gail Simmons: " Sarah sort of blew me away. She turned our idea of dessert a little bit upside down. It was sweet, but I got the cocoa and the nuttiness of the pecans."
