Peppermint White Chocolate Crème Catalana
Sieger during prep: 'Some sorghum as my puff and mountain. Puffing sorghum's really easy - it'll puff like popcorn. And then I take a little cute piece of mint on top to make it look like a tree. Kind of looks like the landscape of Colorado.'
At presentation: 'For you, I have a little peppermint and white chocolate crème Catalana on top. You've got corn nut mountains, a little bit of puffed sorghum, tiny popcorn, strawberry, and pomegranate.' He added when presenting: 'Knock you off your seat.'
Fortune: 'It did feel like Christmas in your mouth.' Kristen: 'It looked like Christmas. It ate like Christmas.' Kid judge Kinsley named it a favourite: 'I liked the peppermint and the little tiny popcorns.' Brandon: 'So good.'
