"Georgie is packing her Chelsea buns with the flavors of Italy."
Georgie: "So this is my pesto. In here, there is wild garlic, basil, pine nuts, and parmesan cheese and normal garlic as well."
Voice-over: "Alongside her garlic packed pesto, Georgie will fill her Chelsea bun style rolls with sun dried tomatoes and mozzarella."
Prue Leith: "I love the look of them. They look appetizing."
Paul Hollywood: "They do."
Georgie: "These are garlic, pesto, sun dried tomato and mozzarella."
Paul Hollywood: "That crumb looks lovely, doesn't it?"
Prue Leith: "I think it's just delicious. Very classic flavors. But they're nice and punchy and there's enough of them."
Paul Hollywood: "It needed more parmesan. So close. Would have given a handshake for that. But not quite there, but that is one of the nicest tastes I've had for a while. I'll tell you what I will do. I'll give you a Hollywood pat."
