He described the intended result as a sweet and salty balance. This was the only canape in the round not based on a doughnut or choux format. Tommy noted the flavours were delicious but the piece of kohlrabi was very large, giving the impression of eating raw turnip for an extended time. He ranked it third. Tommy: 'The flavours were actually delicious, but it was just a very large piece of kohlrabi. I felt like I was eating raw turnip for a long time.'
