Oscar: "Sam Jones has a cornbread that reminded me a lot of masa. I want to make an homage to that with the tamal. My whole theme right now is, like, my country cousins." Oscar: "We use so much corn in Mexico, and I've always just seen there be a lineage there. Hopefully it worked out on the plate."
