Mary: "Looks good, doesn't it?"
Paul: "I would have liked to see more colour on the pineapple. Even if you use the blowtorch. It's baked, but it's wet."
Mary: "The texture of the frangipane, it's a little as though it's curdled slightly."
Paul: "I love pineapple, and coconut is gorgeous. Thank you very much."
