Pistachio and Cherry Liqueur Cakes
Janusz: "I'm soaking my sponges with Polish cherry liqueur. What I'm making today will be a Polish inspired bake, which is wuzetka".
Janusz learned many of his Polish recipes from from mom Eliza, who taught him and his sister to bake.
Voice-over: "Filled with pistachio cream and cherries. Janusz will top his boozy wuzetka with a layer of rich chocolate ganache."
Janusz: "It's like a Polish black forest cherries soaked in booze."

Prue Leith: "That looks amazing. It's neat as a pin. Just has to taste good now. Oh, it's lovely. Sponge. Very light and boozy."
Paul Hollywood: "To me, that's almost perfect. It is very boozy. I think you've got too much booze. That's the overwhelming flavor. Textually, it's perfect. It really is."
