Pistachio and Raspberry Financiers

Tasha's pistachio sponges were decorated with raspberry Swiss meringue buttercream and fresh raspberries. She had issues with the buttercream curdling during the challenge.
Prue Leith loved the raspberry and pistachio combination together, noting the sponge had 'just that little bit of resistance.' However, Paul Hollywood noted it had 'gone slightly over, unfortunately' and 'could have been much neater.' Both judges commented the financiers were 'a little bit tall.'
