Pistachio Cakes with Raspberry Buttercream

Voice-over: "To help balance the sweetness of her pistachio pack sponge, Maisam will fill her sandwich cakes with raspberry jam and raspberry Swiss meringue buttercream."
Maisam (panicking during cooking) "I'm cutting my mini cakes while the sponge is too warm. It's crumbling. Hopefully with the help of buttercream, I'll manage to hide it. But the buttercream has curdled. Yeah, it'll take some time to fix it. How long have we got left?"
Judging
Prue Leith: "They don't look wonderful, do they?"
Paul Hollywood: "Crumbling a bit. The sponge is delicious and the Swiss meringue is lovely. Could have been sharper. Could have had more raspberry in them."
Prue Leith: "I don't think there's anything wrong with the flavors. It just looks a mess."
