Part of Clara's dessert trolley, which she introduced as: "All aboard the Sugar Rush Express."
Clara: "I have a very tight schedule, so there is no time to waste."
Clara: "We've got a pistachio frangipane mini tart..."
Clara (after judging): "That was a disaster. This has definitely been, I think, my worst week."
[Showstopper: a retro dessert trolley of at least three individually portioned desserts, eight of each, with at least one baked element. 4 hours 30 minutes.]
Paul: "I like the uniformity of the tarts. It's very hotel."
Nigella: "I love that rose on top of that little tart."
Paul: "Need to lift that more with maybe a curd, just to pep it up." [Placement suggests this refers to the tarts; not certain.]
Nigella (trolley overall): "Everything comes across as overwhelmingly sweet. Just needs a bit more balance."
