Ali's Pakistani-inspired pistachio cake with lychee and rose buttercream. He's a charity worker from Birmingham who's the only man in his family who bakes. These flavors appear frequently in Pakistani desserts, but he's wary of rose being too overpowering and aims to keep it subtle but distinct.
