Plum and Almond Meringue Nests

Voice-over: "With almond flavored meringue nests filled with orange curd, mascarpone amaretto cream and plum compote. Georgie is paying homage to a family favorite."
Georgie: "Mine are based on my aunties recipes. It's called Auntie Meryl's Marzipan Plums, but there's no marzipan in there. But you get that marzipan flavor from the amaretto."
Paul Hollywood: "I quite like the colors. The meringue's all over the place. A little bit sort of slid over to the side. I think that's actually more to do with your piping than anything."
Georgie: "There is almond meringue, Chantilly cream, orange curd and plum compote."
Prue Leith: "The curd works really well with the plums. And what I do like as well is the almond extract comes through beautifully well. It's just the right level."
Paul Hollywood: "Nice original flavors. Beautifully balanced. Thank you."
