Bailey: "And for the gorgonzola course, I will be making polenta gratinata."
Bailey: "I am making a polenta gratinata, so it's gonna be a crispy polenta topped with gorgonzola. This is a strong dish, but I can't leave anything to risk on this one."
Presenting to Judges
"I made polenta gratinata with gorgonzola dolce brulee."
Judge: "Why did you choose to do brulée gorgonzola again?"
Bailey: "Because I love it, and if I go home for making something I love, I'm okay with it."
