Polenta with Raisin & Honey Soda Bread

Rowan's sweet soda bread inspired by northern Italian cuisine, featuring a high proportion of polenta (370g polenta to 130g flour), raisins, and honey, creating an intentionally gritty texture.
Paul: 'Wow. That much plenta in there I think was a mistake. Too much. It's too gritty. For me, it's a bit like eating a lemon drizzle cake in a sandstorm.' Prue noted the wet, heavy texture. The concept was bold but the execution was problematic with excessive grittiness overwhelming the bread.
