Pork tenderloin and crackling with cider and herbs, served with applesauce
As soon as knife goes in you know it's a good Yorkshire. Bake is beautiful - fluffy and light with masses of room for pork filling. Crackling is beautiful. Problem is size differences - little chap and whopping one. Tastes amazing overall.
