Pork Crackling Yorkshire Pudding

Paul Hollywood: "Tenderloin and pork crackling? oh, wow. How big are these things going to be?"

Selasi: "Just standard size. Standard muffin tin size."

Paul Hollywood: "I love crackling."

Voice-over: "Selasi's crackling will be the crowning glory on each of his filled yorkshire puddngs. He's roasting his pork with cider and herbs, then serving each yorkshire pudding with apple sauce."

Paul Hollywood: "Straight away, as soon as the knife goes in, you know it's going to be a good Yorkshire Pudding. The bake is beautiful. It's fluffy, it's light and there's massive room to put all that pork filling in."

Mary Berry: "The crackling is beautiful. The only problem we've got is we've got a little piece here and we've got a whopping one here. This tastes amazing."
