Pork loin with a little bit of pico, and then an emulsion of black beans.

"I think there should be some salt on the pork."

"It's lacking punch. Otherwise it was so tender."

"I think it was cooked really well. I think it's slightly under seasoned, especially for the sweetness of the pineapple."
