Prosciutto Manchego and Balsamic Onion Soda Bread

Alvin: "It's going to be packed full of flavors from prosciutto, machango cheese, basil, and some balsamic onion." Using Spanish cheese, Italian prosciutto and basil to create loaves with a European flavor. Circular shaped breads.
Paul: "Manchos is such a pungent cheese. But the fact that you've got all those layers in there with the balsamic onion as well. It's a thing of beauty, my friend." Mary: "It looks terribly tempting and I couldn't wait to get into it. Well, now I'm into it. I want more. How nice and bright and green the wild garlic has stayed. Wow. It's a nice, light texture. The garlic comes through. The intensity of the flavors is about right. The bake is beautifully done too. Nice little work of magic there."
