Georgie: "I had a disaster with the baking times and it's just completely burned."
"Yeah, you got a bit of weepage there. You've got some breaks, because the pastry is too brittle."
"Now, you don't want me to say this, but I think you've overdone the spice."
"I like the idea. I just think you should cut back on some of those spices a little bit, ... well, a lot."
