Christiaan: "I'm adding a bit of cloves. I only use a tiny bit because it's quite overwhelming. So you want to quite nicely spice, like quite nicely balanced."
"Hey, Christian. First off, I think it looks great. Looks very autumnal."

Christiaan: "It has got a layer of almond paste in the bottom. There's a layer of poached quince. And then we've got a pumpkin pie filling."
