[Signature challenge: baked cheesecake inspired by a family favorite, baked with a relative] 

Molly and her husband Ash made a classic cream cheese cheesecake flavored with freeze-dried raspberry powder, with a raspberry filling and a decorative topping of tuiles, inspired by the family cheesecake that ended up on the floor early in their relationship. 

Molly: "We've got a history of cheesecakes dropping on the floor in our families." 

{Ash}: "When I was first dating Molly, her mum was really trying to impress me. So she made a cheesecake, and then all you hear is her going, cheesecake's on the floor. I just thought, I'm just going to be polite about this. Got a spoon and just started eating off the floor." 

Molly: "So Ash worked with my best friend, and she was a little matchmaker. So we got on like a house on fire, didn't we?" 

Molly: "Yeah, exactly. The rest is history." 

Molly: "So we have put some freeze-dried raspberries in." 

Molly: "Support the baking tray. Support the baking tray. Oh, my God." 

{Molly}: "In an ideal world, you'd probably cool it overnight." 

Molly: "It's got your classic cream cheese filling, but with some freeze-dried raspberry powder."
