Reuben Pizza with Pickle, Sauerkraut, Thousand Island, Whipped Ricotta and Gruyere Cheese
Vinny: "I made a Reuben, and no Reuben's complete without a pickle. So a nice little pickle on top, but all your typical accoutrements. Sauerkraut, Thousand island whipped ricotta, and some gruyere."
Judges:
"The dough was very successful. My piece was really zero flop, and it was fun, and I feel like we don't see Vinnie have a lot of fun."
"Crust is pretty good, and it tastes like a Reuben. I mean, if you like Reuben."
"Yeah, sure do."
"You just needed a side of mustard ranch."
"The pickle was perfect. It was, like, the right amount of acidity to kind of balance, like, the thousand island and the fattiness of the meat. It was really good."
