Frankie's quarter-final main: a well-marbled ribeye on smoky asparagus with a carrot-top chimichurri, sweet potato chipotle fries and cayenne crispy shots. An ambitious plate - the asparagus charred badly (setting off the fire alarm) but the rest shone.
