Which Show?
Who made this dish?

Henry: "I toasted some oats, and I'm making sweet rice balls, but with oat flour. It's something I actually grew up eating. My mom makes it a lot. Traditionally, we fill it with, like, sesame butter and sugar, but I'm going to fill it with maple butter and oats. I'll boil the rice balls."

Henry: "For a really long time, I steered clear of cooking Chinese food. It's always seen as something cheaper. Now I'm just highlighting things that I've grown up eating. It's the most Asian dish I've ever made in my life."

Presenting to Judges

Henry: "I made glutinous rice balls filled with maple butter, toasted oats, and oatmeal broth on the bottom."

Kristen Kish: "And how did you make the rice balls?"

Henry: "It's a glutinous rice flour, a touch of AP, and warm water to get it chewy."

Kristen Kish: "Tastes like my childhood breakfast."
