Chef Alisha: "I made a ricotta gnocchi, without potato. I stuffed it with roasted mushroom bechamel, whipped truffle, goats cheese, ricotta and a little preserved lemon."
Tom Colicchio: "Alisha's dish? The flavors were really good but I found the pasta to be badly underseasoned and the goats cheese was too assertive."
Gail Simmons: "I actually really liked the sage and the mushrooms. I thought all the mushrooms were absolutely delicious."
