{Sieger}: "I've never worked with this potato before. Gonna be a little bit of a challenge. It's super sweet. Not as wet as the other sweet potatoes."
On the Norton variety: {name}: "The Norton, it has zero flavor. All right, I need to make this taste like something."
{Sieger}: "These Nortons, they're not clean. Y'all, just so you know. Heard."
{Sieger}: "I know I'm gonna have to push myself. I like to develop a lot of flavor, so I'm gonna throw them in a bag. I'm gonna hit with some olive oil, and they should be perfectly cooked."
At presentation: {Sieger}: "What I have for you is seared and roasted norton potato finished with a jus with roasted onion aminos and then a norton potato purée."
