Who made this dish?

Rose Matafeo's breakfast pastry pockets were filled with scrambled egg, cheddar and chipotle, finished with her grandmother's tree tomato chutney - a treasured family recipe she used sparingly.

{Rose}: "I have a secret ingredient today. Nan's tree tomato chutney, which is a very famous family recipe."

Narrator: "Rose will fill her pastry pockets with scrambled egg, cheddar and chipotle. And for a final flourish, she'll add her nan's homemade chutney."

Having practiced the recipe six or seven times at home, Rose arrived confident, and the pastries emerged beautifully glazed and crisp. The tangy chutney cut brilliantly through the richness of the egg and buttery pastry, producing the most celebrated bake of the signature round.

{Paul}: "Overall, I think they look very professional. I love the glaze, I love the crispiness and I love the topping as well."

{Cherish}: "This is exceptional. This is genius in one bite. It is so tasty."

{Paul}: "You have crusty top flaky all the way through. The zing coming from the chutney works beautifully well with the egg and what I love about it is butter on my fingers and the flavor is stunning."
