Nirali's babka was inspired by one of her favorite desserts, baklava. Her filling of almond and walnuts was flavored with cinnamon, rosewater, and cardamom. 


Paul Hollywood: "So you've got rose water in there. What levels are we going to get of rose water?"


Nrali: "I feel that like lavender, rose water has a tendency to go into the soapy side. There'll be rose water in the syrup. And so hopefully it won't be overpowering. It'll just be floral enough. It's very subtle."

Prue Leith: "I think it looks so beautifully made."


Prue Leith: "Still warm. I think it's lovely."


Paul Hollywood: "My issue is it's not spread out enough evenly inside the bread itself. But overall, I think it's a nice loaf because I think it tastes great."
