Max Halley: "For me, the flan keeps really well overnight and is perfect for a picnic."


Graham Hornigold: "Amar, your flan, brilliant exit to the meal. Beautifully cooked. Lovely little bits of pineapple. For me, I needed a little bit more sage and rum, but that's always just me. Yeah, just a touch more, but wonderfully executed. 


Tom Colicchio: "It was a great version of flan was cooked at the right temperature. Some chefs would have turned up the heat, and then you get bubbles around the outside of it, and that's a fatal flaw to flan. So I thought you did a great job with that."
