Saku: "I am making a saku torte. It's like sachertorte, but instead of apricot jam, I'm using raspberry jam. Instead of writing sacher, I'm going to write saku."


Voice-over: "Saku's personalized twist on the classic sacher torte will see raspberry jam sandwiched between cakes of dark chocolate and ground almond. Finished with her own name, handpiped onto dark chocolate ganache."

Prue Leith: "It's a bit messy and Saku written it probably needed to be a little bit more stark. If you'd done that in white chocolate, it would have stood out better."


Prue Leith: "It's very chocolatey."


Paul Hollywood: "The recipe's coming through. The chocolate's beautiful and strong, but it's a little bit too gooey in the middle."


Prue Leith: "It's quite heavy and so you can't eat a lot of it."
