Roxy's Salade Niçoise — Seared Tuna with Soft Boiled Egg, Crispy Potatoes, Olives and a Mustard, Anchovy and Caper Vinaigrette. Roxy was most nervous about the dressing and made it first to settle her nerves. Roxy: "I've got the fish ready. Obviously that won't take too long because I will sear the fish on a hot pan. I've got vinaigrette which is mustard. I've got the anchovies in there." Roxy: "Are you coming back fighting? You want one of those aprons? Absolutely."

John Torode: "Your vinaigrette is really good. Lovely balance of flavour, and I think that was the element you were most nervous about. But your tuna is overcooked." Grace Dent: "Your egg is beautiful. I love the jammy, soft, glossy centre. Your potatoes are crispy. They're delicious. It's a shame with the fish that you gave it too long." Outcome: ELIMINATED — left the competition.
