Chef Savannah (presenting to judges): "I got mustard sauce, but I wanted to do a light version of that, so I did a mustard and peach vinaigrette with a poached egg. Plums, peaches, ground cherry. I just wanted to highlight the mustard spice by balancing it with enough sweetness."
