Jason: "I was looking for something different and I thought, oh, how about sesame seeds? And then sesame seeds led to fish. Not fish, salmon. Salmon pak choy. So I said, yeah, for sure they'll like it."
Paul Hollywood: "Looks great. There's a lot of stuff in there. I can see that you've done well. With the custard part. It's not a bubble in it. It's just set."
Mary Berry: "The salmon flavor, I mean, it is spectacular. I am getting some great flavors coming through."
