Satya's recipe-test plate: hand-made potato gnocchi in a Tuscan-style cream sauce with sun-blushed tomatoes and spinach, topped with pangrattato. She had made gnocchi before using squash. The brief gave a basic recipe with no measurements or method.
Judge: "Your gnocchi look very pretty, seasoned nicely. But you're a little heavy-handed with the garnish, and inside your sauce there's a lot of sun-blush tomato and quite a lot of salt."
Judge: "As for your pangrattato, the moistness of the dish has made it all sink in. It maybe is a bit salty, but I like the boldness of it."
