Chef Danny made a spinach scallop mousse with a zucchini purée and some pickled and compressed zucchini batons.
Tom Collichio: "Danny's dish was the perfect backdrop to his partner in this challenge (Rasika). His dish was technically perfect, mild to the palette and very intentional."
