Presenting: Jennifer: "I did a black eyed pea puree, seared ham steak, hush puppies, smoked grapes and pickled collard green stems."
RESULT: Jennifer wins Round 4 and $5,000.
{Tom}: "This is just a beautiful plate. You got a little sweetness, a little sour. Hush puppies are really delicious. Pork is beautifully cooked. Really digging it."
