Murt: "Going for medium rare on the steak."


"Yeah, that's over. That's gone medium."


"Listen, when you hear about a wagyu filet mignon, it needs to be handled like the crown jewels, and you've absolutely ruined it. It's a little bit reckless, Murt."

 

"You put the hurt on that filet, man. It's hammered. But some of these other elements here work well together. When you have a slice of the avocado and sun dried tomatoes, it's actually a pleasant bite."


"Murt, you know, what happened today is a complete lack of execution. So I'm not sure what happened to you today, Murt, but we're seeing that on the plate."
