Sarah's Sesame Ginger Caramel Bars
Sarah: "So I'm making candied ginger from scratch. I know the brief says identical, but they're not gonna be identical!"
Voice Over: "Sarah is showcasing her favorite flavors in her bars, which have a ginger shortbread base topped with tahini caramel decorated with sesame seeds and candied ginger."
Paul Hollywood: "The biscuit is a bit too over baked so that it's very crumbly and dry."
Prue Leith: "The tahini, it's either not quite strong enough or too strong, or it needs more ginger or it needs to be thicker or thinner. It's not refined enough. It needs more tweaking to get that spot on."
Paul Hollywood: "But you're on the right rails, I think."
Prue Leith: "Lovely flavour."
