Adam: "Welcome to Taco Tuesday."
Joe Bastianich: "Taco Tuesday. So is that real? Like, a dinner party at your house is just taco Tuesdays and a couple of beers?"
Joel: "It is recently out in the backyard with a bunch of kids running around."
Joe Bastianich: "What are you making?"
Adam: "We're going to make some homemade tortillas. We got a nice marinated skirt steak. There's going to be a habanero hot sauce. We're going to do some rustic charro beans."
Joe Bastianich: "You going to make your own tortillas?"
Adam: "We are."
Joe Bastianich: "Have you done that before?"
Joel: "A couple times."
Joe Bastianich: "That can be very difficult to Master Chef we've seen over the years because they don't cook through. Nothing. worse than getting raw dough in a tortilla. Taking a big risk there."

Adam: "We've made marinated skirt steak tacos, homemade tortillas, green tomato salsa, peach habanero hot sauce, and charro beans."
