Smoked Garlic and Rosemary Cottage Loaf 'Janice'

How much of the garlic did you put in it? All of it. Not all of it. I think I did like six cloves. I'm using smoked garlic and it has an absolutely amazing smell. And I've got Scottish sea salt. Features smoked garlic, fresh rosemary, and Scottish sea salt, nicknamed 'Janice' by the baker. The cottage loaf ended up with a flattened 'bungalow' appearance.
Paul Hollywood: It's quite dense inside. I'm getting salt. Quite a lot of salt. What's the level of salt you put in? The original proof is just 7 grams. And then after that I just went. I think I did like six cloves. It's quite strong. Can't taste the rosemary. When it comes to salt it's quite a bland loaf. All you get is garlic. You haven't got enough salt and actually that it's affected the structure and that's why it'll look like this. Tasted with a bit of the crust though. Cuz that's really. Oh yeah. The salt of it be lovely.
