Amin's adventurous savory soda bread combining smoked salmon and cheese (180g salmon), an experimental combination she wasn't certain would work but wanted to try something different.
Paul: 'I think the idea of putting a smoked salmon in it is so original. I've never had that.' Prue: 'You invented a bread that I really like. The salmon in there really works. It's like a whole sandwich all in one. The aftertaste is lovely as well. That's nice then. It's well baked.' Highly praised for originality and successful flavor combination.
