James: 'Yeasted plenty dough. I baked it a couple of days ago. Too thick. It's just like steel.'
James: 'We've just added the chipotle and the cayenne. No idea what effect they might have on the yeast, but I just decided to add them halfway.'
Judges Notes
Mary: 'They're beautifully crisp. Difficult to achieve. One or two of them are a little bit over baked.'
Paul: 'I do like the flavor. I like the seeds as well. A little bit of fire in there as well. From the cayenne. Well done to get them so wafer thin and full of flavour.'
