Sri Lankan-inspired short eats pancake roll filled with pork belly and prawn stir-fry flavoured with lemongrass, chili and garlic.
Jim: "I'm going to go vaguely Southeast Asian. Pancake rolls are quite big in Sri Lanka for short eats. They call it like a snack before dinner. So I've got some pork belly and some prawns. I'm going to make a curry mix, put it inside a crepe pancake. So simple but effective, hopefully."
Anna: "I love the idea of Jim's pork and prawn curry inside a pancake. I want loads of lemongrass and ginger. I want the juiciness of the fatty pork belly and a good hit of prawns. This sounds absolutely wonderful."
Anna: "Jim, your pancake has a great taste to it. Your batter is well seasoned. I love the pork. It's got a little bit of a bite to it, but it's fatty as well. Really very good."
Grace: "Prawns are a little bit lost. I've got way more pork in mind than prawn. I think I only got one tiny little sliver of prawn, but there's a real lovely lemongrass finish to that filling. But this was a pancake challenge. The pancake is too thick and it's a little bit doughy."
