Yvonne: "We're making steamed bass with glass noodles and black bean sauce."


Gordon Ramsay: "With that Vietnamese steamed bass, the cooking of the bass is key because it's thick and dense, but if they can pull that off, then that could be a great dish."


Yvonne, talking to Tina as final seconds approach: "Okay, I'm gonna plate the fish, and then you're going to season the noodles a little bit for me."

Yvonne: "We made my grandma's steamed bass with black bean sauce, glass noodles, and an herb salad."
