Who made this dish?
Part of Yannis's trolley of "classic retro British puddings." Sticky toffee puddings flavored with dates soaked in coffee, and soy sauce, baked in small individual molds. Yannis: "Sticky toffee pudding..." Yannis: "I'm going to start doing the sticky toffee puddings. I have soaked the dates in coffee, which gives a really nice bitterness." Yannis: "It's very sticky."
[Showstopper: a retro dessert trolley of at least three individually portioned desserts, eight of each, with at least one baked element. 4 hours 30 minutes.] Paul: "The sticky toffee pudding looks neat enough. It's just a bit dense." Nigella: "Choosing that shape hasn't helped because, of course, when it's so teeny tiny, it's gonna cook quite quickly."
