Strawberry and Chamomile Scones

Dylan: "I'm doing a clotted cream and strawberry scone, but I'm elevating it. I'm pickling some strawberries in chamomile rice vinegar. Pickling them adds, like, a nice, gentle sourness."
Paul Hollywood: "Let's have a look at the sweet one. (Tastes). They're a bit tougher, actually."
Prue Leith: "And the strawberry wasn't strawberry enough. Pickling the whole thing. And then the chamomile. I don't get enough of the chamomile or strawberries. Perhaps there's just not enough of it."
